Frequently Asked Questions
Box Office and Gates Open
The Box Office will open ninety minutes before first pitch on home gamedays, which typically means a 5:30 PM opening for a 7:05 PM gametime. The Gates will then open exactly one hour to first pitch.
Family Friendly
Glacier Bank Park, home of the Glacier Range Riders, strives to provide an atmosphere that is family-friendly in both entertainment and experiences.
Our expectation is that our fans will treat surrounding fans with respect and courtesy. Guidelines for fans can be found in the Code of The Range. Fans not adhering to the Code will be warned and in some cases may be asked to leave.
Food & Beverage
The Range Riders prohibit bringing outside food or beverages into the ballpark. Exceptions can be made for health reasons. No glass, no exceptions. If a guest has special dietary needs, they must receive proper approval from gate security before bringing in items.
Parking

General/Disabled Parking - Single game parking is available in our free lot or for $10/car, beginning 90 minutes before first pitch.

Stadium Departure - All traffic leaving the stadium must make a right onto HWY 93 South off McDermott. For traffic wanting to go northbound, turn right onto HWY 93 South off McDermott and use the Church Street interchange to turn around and head North on HWY 93.
Tailgating
We do not allow tailgating.
Service Animals
With the exception of trained service animals as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no animals are permitted within Flathead Field. Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under ADA.
Marriage Proposals
To request a marriage proposal, please contact our Marketing team at information@GoRangeRiders.com or 406-519-4115. There is a fee for all proposals. Requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to requested date. A request is not a guarantee of an announcement.
Birthday & Anniversary Messages
Video board announcements are shown on the video board around the 4th inning. To request a video board announcement, please contact our Marketing team at information@GoRangeRiders.com or 406-519-4115 . There is a $50 fee for all announcements. Requests must be submitted 48 hours before a game and messages have a maximum of 48 characters. A request is not a guarantee of an announcement.
Weather

Postponed Games: In the event a game is not played, subject to the discretion of the organization, tickets can be exchange for equal or lesser value tickets for a future game, subject to availability. Tickets must be exchanged on a ticket for ticket basis at the Range Riders Ticket Office. Tickets may not be exchanged over the phone, and complimentary tickets are not eligible for exchange.

Inclement Weather: Range Riders will monitor the threat on inclement and severe weather. As needed, announcements will be made over the PA System to provide updates to spectators.

Delay of Play: Range Riders personnel will provide updates on the restart of play until it is determined the threat of weather has subsided.

Bag Policy
- All bags are subject to inspection
- No bags or purses larger than 8.5”x11” are allowed
- No backpacks are allowed inside the ballpark
Prohibited Items
The following is a list of items prohibited from entering Flathead Field:

Cameras - No spectator cameras with lenses over six inches (6”) long will be permitted. The use of flash is prohibited.

Bottles, coolers, and containers of any kind are prohibited.

Noise Makers – No items that produce loud noises (air horns, whistles, etc.) are allowed.

Radios / Bluetooth Speakers

Selfie Sticks

Tobacco – No smoking is permitted inside Flathead Field. Electronic and smokeless cigarettes are also prohibited.

Umbrellas – For the safety of our fans, we do not allow umbrellas in Flathead Field

Video Recorders – All video recorders are prohibited.

Weapons – Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, explosive devices, etc. are not permitted in Flathead Field. Attempting to bring weapons of any kind into Flathead Field will result in denial of entry until the weapon is returned to the person's vehicle.

Drug use is prohibited in Glacier Bank Park and surrounding parking lots.

Flathead Field policies and state and federal law will be in effect.

Profanity and abusive language are strictly prohibited during games and events at Flathead Field. Spectators using profanity or abusive language towards athletes, coaches, officials, staff or fellow spectators may have their ticket revoked and removed from the venue.

Throwing items onto the playing surface, indirectly or directly at fellow spectators will not be tolerated and will be grounds for removal and banishment from the venue.

Unauthorized persons entering the playing surface will be removed from the venue and banned from future events.
Flathead Field Fan Code of Conduct

Flathead Field is committed to providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for our team, visiting teams, and fans to enjoy. We reserve the right to institute measures for any language, actions, or demonstrations in violation with the Range Riders Code of Conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, ejection from the facility and revocation of future ticket privileges. Violation of laws or county ordinances may result in arrest or prosecution.

Fans are expected to:
Show respect to all athletes, coaches, officials, staff and surrounding fans at all times.
Assume responsibility for their conduct.
Comply with zero-tolerance policies related to any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
Adhere to request and directives from game day event staff and law enforcement personnel regarding venue operation and emergency response procedures.
Refrain from entering the playing surface without proper authorization or credentials.
